流程： 协调器创建网络，多台终端进入网络后，终端掉电；接着重新上电，然后同时调用Bdb入网语句，大部分时候会有个别终端网络状态改变为了End_Devices(通过LED灯的亮，知道状态改变了)，但是终端发送数据给协调器却失败！
只能通过重新上电，接着一台一台入网才会正常！这是为什么？是入网的时候少了什么数据吗？
终端发送的datarequest，协调器回复的是OK。
可是终端无法发送数据给协调器，只有重新上电，再单个重连才不会出现这种情况，这是什么原因呢？
