在z-stack 3.0.1协议中，使用ZCL_CMD_WRITE命令写Identify Cluster下的ATTRID_IDENTIFY_TIME，会启动Identify定时器。但是在使用命令ZCL_CMD_WRITE_UNDIVIDED时，却不能启动dentify定时器，这是不是bug，或者ZigBee协议里面就没有这个要求？
