我想请问下，在预先知道了终端的IEEE地址，同时终端的开始模式也设置为恢复网络，协调器按键触发调用NLME_DirectJoinRequest()函数，直接让终端入网，但是抓包发现没有任何反应，是需要协调器先创建网络吗？2451.aa.psd
