2538协调器恢复网络问题

ZigBee3.0.1协议栈，2538作为协调器，2530作为路由器都开启了nv功能，2530复位后可以加入之前的网络，也能正常收发数据，但是2538复位之后不能加入之前的网络，如果2530作为协调器，2538作为路由器的时候，2530复位之后可以恢复之前的网络，2538入网后会被协调器直接踢出网络，请问是什么原因
