关于协议栈升级的问题

我之前使用的协议栈版本是ZStack2.5.1a，现在我想换成1.2.2a的协议栈，我有做一个协调器的远程升级，升级的时候，只擦除前面的Flash，不擦除NV，保证升级之后可以继续使用。但是我发现，如果我升级之前的协议栈版本是2.5.1a，然后远程升级，升级之后的协议栈版本是1.2.2a，这样会导致协调器NV中的一部分数据被改变了，请问一下，这个是怎么回事？
