首先网络为1个Coordinator 1个Router 1 End Device（开启NV以及TC）
一.Router End Device入网。
二. Coordinator发送Toggle命令测试通信
三.Coordinator掉线，End Device连接Router
四.Router 尝试向coordinator更新网络信息发送update device 命令
五.Coordinator重新上电发出Parent Announce
六.再次测试通信
