然后填好信息后，点击提交后就会出现这样的提示：
We are sorry but your transaction has been denied.
If you feel you have been denied incorrectly, please contact Texas Instruments at sw_export2@list.ti.com . Include your First and Last Name, Company Name, Company URL, and email address, along with the exact filename and description of the file you wish to access.
这是拒绝了请求的意思，我已经在论坛中查找到了类似的情况，但是那是在下载CSS的时候出现
的，提供的解决方法没能解决我的问题。
我想请问下，现在还有什么办法解决吗？
