在SDK 3.40中，文件mac_spec.h中，MAC_A_MAX_PHY_PACKET_SIZE是500字节，MAC_A_TURNAROUND_TIME是50个symbol。其中MAC_A_MAX_PHY_PACKET_SIZE是Inter-PAN发送时判断MTU的参数。
暂时对我现在的系统无影响，只是会影响CC2652与CC2530/CC2538之间的兼容性。
想确认一下这两个值是否是因为CC2652的IEEE802.15.4射频控制器结构上发生了变化
