协议版本3.0.2，协调器2538，终端2530，星型拓扑直连，没有路由器

1.当协调器和终端组网完成后，双方都开启了NV，

OTA的流程是不是电脑通过sever软件把固件通过串口发给协调器，协调器再发给终端？

2.终端OTA自动重启吗？

3.终端OTA后短地址会变吗？

4.终端OTA后需要重新入网吗？OTA是不是就是factor reset？
