终端不开启NV_RESTORE,路由开启NV_RESTORE

1、路由上电建立分布式网络，终端加入网络。成功。

2、路由器掉电，终端变为父节点丢失的状态。

3、路由器重新上电，发现终端会一直重连成功，马上又丢失父节点。

请问：

1、是不是两个设备的秘钥不同？

2、请问该怎么办？
