zstack3.0.2，只有一个协调器和终端，都是CC2538的。

其中协调器掉线后，在终端的ZDO_STATE_CHANGE根据终端状态在串口输出。

输出结果为：

DEV_NWK_ORPHAN
DEV_ROUTER
DEV_NWK_ORPHAN
DEV_ROUTER

为啥终端会有DEV_ROUTER的状态啊？
