做为zigbee的一个初学者，最近看了一下zstack中的demo，有一个疑惑希望帮忙解答下。
在协议中，有定义 deviceId、clusterId、attribute ID
我的疑问是， 协议中是否有规定，一个 device下面必须包含哪些 cluster，以及某个cluster下面必须包含哪些 attribute。
还是说， 某个device下面的cluster，可以由开发者根据需要自由定义？ cluster所拥有的attribute也是由开发者自由定义？
