你是要更新协调器还是终端？
1. 外部的MCU来实现更新协调器可以使用serial bootloader,可以參考CC13x2, CC26x2 SimpleLink™ Wireless MCU Technical Reference Manual的第１０章bootloader
2. 通过HUB上面的协调器来进行终端OTA升级請參考Zigbee Over-The-Air Firmware Upgrade
TI ZIGBEE-LINUX-SENSOR-TO-CLOUD裡面有做hub上面的协调器来进行终端OTA升级，你可以參考裡面的源碼，基本上就是照著文件的方式實作
