使用CCS 烧录程序，工具选择的是SEGGER J-LINK Emulator，烧录失败，请问下问题是什么。连接器设置和最终错误如图。
看你的配置界面，似乎没有j-link的驱动，检查驱动安装问题

我修改了上面的链接，现在应该可以看到了
我去官网下载了V7.52d的驱动并安装，接线我确认下应该没有问题。TDO、TDI、TMS、TCKC、RESET都接了。我也按照segger官网增加了Available Software Sites。测试还是跟之前一样的问题。可能还会有其他的问题么。
将板子连接图片传上来看一下
另外两根单片机引脚的线是TDI和TDO。
我使用J-FLASH也无法连接，是否可能板子有问题。

有可能，但更多可能还是连接的问题，用xds110测一下可以判断板子是否有问题
