sdk版本：5.3

工程为：ZNP工程，zr工程（只在syscfg修改信道选项，其他未修改）

ccs11调试和生成的hex或out文件烧录到芯片后，射频不正常。

ztool可以正常链接，开启 Network Formation 后，网络状态一直处于DEV_COORD_STARTING (0x8).

使用smartrf studio 7 测试CC2652RB模块射频正常，烧录zigbee2mqtt的CC2652RB固件射频正常。

使用ccs11编译cc2652r工程，烧录cc2652r芯片，射频正常。
