在Zstack下，可否有这样的一个函数：当协调器创建网络后，关闭节点加入功能，即任何节点或路由都不可以加入。当触发某个事件后，打开节点加入功能。谢谢，求解~

这个功能可以用 void zb_PermitJoiningRequest ( uint16 destination, uint8 timeout ) 函数实现，
具体请参考：Z-Stack Simple API.pdf的5.1.3节，
