zigbee 终端设备恢复不了网络

协调器建网成功后，终端（都编译了NV_RESTORE）恢复网络或者失去同步后重新加入网络时，加入不了。

发现问题出在ZDO_NetworkDiscoveryConfirmCB这个函数上，其中，if ( !pNwkDesc->deviceCapacity ) 为真，导致网络发现失败。

请问这是为什么呢？？
