节点ASSOC后，是DEV_END_DEVICE_UNAUTH状态，如果节点是与ROUTER发生的ASSOC，ROUTER需要从COORD处读取key，在分配给节点，没有了COORD就无法加入网络。
怎么才能让ROUTER直接为节点分配key
如果router是Trust Center就是可以。
现在网络里面协调器一般是Trust Center，
你不打开Trust Center，应该可以
