关于TI的CC2530 的红外编解码问题

我们希望通过CC2530，能做出红外发送与接收的功能，

需要用到基于协议栈的红外发送与接收功能，TI官网里有个RemoTI，是演示该功能的。

但下载下来后的IAR工程客户无法打不开，

客户的的IAR WORKBENCH的版本为

IAR Assembler for 8051

7.60.1 (7.60.1.40026)

另外8.10的也用过，也不行

 

这个文件是不是只能用TI的应用软件调用？ 我开TI的软件提示需要连接评估板。
