另外看到了OTA Dongle和ZNP，到底哪个适合做ZCL HA的控制中心

ZNP怎么控制ZCL HA的设备？Z-TOOL里面没有ZCL的选项，编译的时候使能了MT_ZNP_FUNC，协调器会不断的发送数据包（MT_ZnpBasicRsp）出来，程序里是通过osal_start_reload_timer(taskId, ZNP_BASIC_RSP_EVENT, ZNP_BASIC_RSP_RATE)来循环发的，为什么要循环发？我也没有看到控制ZCL的菜单。
