已经离开网络的终端节点的节点信息无法自动删除，随着终端越来越多，导致AssociatedDevList 表满或溢出，新的设备无法加入，求教如何自动检测出掉线或者离开的设备，并将AssociatedDevList里的信息删除，方便新的设备加入？
请使用NLME_LeaveReq函数，并将slient设置成TRUE
