问题描述：路由器R（NV开启），开始时组网加入到协调器A中，此时协调器需要更换成B，如何让R切换过去？
协议栈:2.5.0
把原先旧的coordinator中NV中的所有信息，拷贝到新的coordinator里面去。
清除路由器的NV后，重新加入新的协调器，当然这个可能需要在APP层做一些操作
