关于获取网络拓扑结构的问题，我们协议栈里面有现成的API可以使用的。
你可以参考协议栈安装目录下的Application Note《Method for Discovering Network Topology.pdf》在C:\Texas Instruments\Z-Stack Home 1.2.0\Documents
上面的API可以获取网络的拓扑结构里面的父子关系，无法得到邻居关系。
ZDP_MgmtLqiReq()/ZDP_MgmtLqiRsp()可以获取相互间的邻居关系，也包括父子关系。
