各位大神：
MAX_RESUME_RETRY的值使用默认3，但当协调器关掉后，通过抓包发现，
终端只发送了一次Orphan notification，之后就发送Beacon request，为什么啊？
因为协调器我加了禁止加入网络功能，发一次Orphan notification没有加入网络后，以后发Beacon request就加不进去了。
怎么对策啊？后者能手动发送Orphan notification吗？
