这个函数是不开源的，看不到具体内容，如果引用到app层，里面两个参数填什么？他就返回一个sucess，那各信道的质量的参数在哪个变量里？还有他是如何判定信道质量的，什么原理啊，我论文里要写。。。
关于判定的原理之类的就涉及IEEE 802.15.4协议了，建议先去看一下
