想请教两个问题，一是：是当网内有新设备注册上后，怎样从注册表里面获取新设备的信息，并利用起来。
二：怎样实现手工管理绑定表

你说的“注册”是指入网成功吗？如果入网成功的话，会有device Announce发出来，可以通过这个消息知道是否有新设备入网。
如果两个设备间绑定是通过一个第三设备管理来实现，那就可以。
你可以参考下TI的ZHA Gateway的协议栈，Z-Stack Linux Gateway代码就可以。所有的绑定表都维护在网关上
