MT_SAPI函数包含MT_AF层相同的函数，也有MT_ZDO层的函数等等，功能相同，但是MT_SAPI的定位是在哪用，他们有啥区别，比如MT_SAPI中有ZB_APP_REGISTER_REQUEST的函数，MT_AF 中也有AF_REGISTER，这些函数感觉上重复了，他们的存在有什么意义，求大神指导
