本人使用的是CC2538的芯片，下载连接器是10pin的，定义如下：
你首先查看CC2538 IDE用户指南.pdf
再来就是下载ccs_setup_win32.exe
最重要的是CC2538的下载调试器不是CCDUBUG了,是XDS100V3
软件必须是Setup_SmartRF_Flash_Programmer_2-1.4.0版本才可以下载
之前的是不兼容CC2538的因为这个是ARM的，CC2530的是8051单片机

谢谢您的回复，我现在用JLink作为下载调试器，可是现在总是出现CC2538 connect:cant not find ICE-Pick(IDCODE mismatch).Expected 0x0B00002F,found:0xFFFFFFFF.这个问题，不知道是板子有问题还是下载器的问题？谢谢
我也是用JLink给CC2538下载程序，也经常出现你这个问题，头疼。我直接用JLink Flash下载程序还好。楼主还是换XDS100V3吧 这个方便多了
