end device入不了网一直发orphan notification

zigbee网络里有一个协调器，一个路由，多个end device，协调器、路由断电较长一段时间后再上电，end device入不了网了，用sniffer抓了一下发现end device一直在发orphan notification,可有什么办法解决？
