如果不采用轮询 而是采用外部中断， 如何即能检测 同一个按键的上升沿 又能检测下降沿？
CC2530用一个IO做不到，可以接两个IO一个检测上升沿一个检测下降沿，或者根据当前IO的电平来选择上升沿或者下降沿触发。
