我目前在测试CC2530在低电压下的工作状态。芯片正常时候是在休眠状态（PM3），并周期性的发包。发现2530在2.0-2.3V的时候，一旦发包就会进入程序跑飞的状态。电流在2.1v为10mA左右，在2.3v为3mA左右。电压升到2.4后会被看门狗拉回来，可正常工作，不加看门狗无法回到正常工作状态，除非重新掉电上电。
请问这是什么原因呢？是否有避免的办法？
