coordinator 的PANID 莫名改变

我们最近测试发现一个奇怪的问题：
一个coordinator下加了6个ROUTER , 开始 PANID = 0XF5A9;
测试一段时间后发现 ROUTER 还在PANID = 0XF5A9这个网络中，coordinator的PANID变成了 0X09F5，
导致coordinator 和 ROUTER 通信失败。
请问什么原因可能导致coordinator 重新建网？是NV 写入或者读取有问题吗？这几个设备都开启了NV_RESTORE，用的协议栈为ZStack-CC2530-2.5.1a
