我想在程序运行后动态的关闭协调器定期发送NWK Link Status的功能，
如何实现啊？
为什么要关闭这个，LInk status是用来维护邻居表的
我把dongle集成到协调器上，当OTA升级时候发现，每当协调器发射Link Status时，
OTA升级就会停10几秒，甚至有时候掉线，因此就希望OTA升级时候暂时把它关闭，
不知道是否可行以及会产生什么影响。
