理论上如果缓冲区足够大，那么接受的字节数就没有上限。但是实际上缓冲区大小是有限的，这就取决于设备处理接受的串口数据的速度了。如果处理速度比接受串口数据的速度还要慢，那么就可能存在你说的“出错”的可能。
对应的解决方法有两种：
1.增大处理接收到的数据的速度，确保缓冲区一旦有数据就能被立刻取出。
2.增大缓冲区，这样即便处理速度较慢，也可以依靠较大的缓冲区增大可接收字节数。
