关于ZStack-CC2530-2.5.1a的关闭网络功能

在ZStack-CC2530-2.5.1a的sapi方式下，想实现如下功能，求赐教：

(1)在终端启动时，不启动zigbee网络，需要时再启动

           -是让进去hold模式下吗？

(2)已经和协调器通信的设备，如何关闭RF功能呢？类似wifi的ok、off功能。
