joining device通过其准parent入网，既然其准parent已经是网络中的一员，那么其准parent就应该知道network key,为什么其准parent还要到trust center去获取network key来给到joining device呢？

    处于安全性的考虑，一般Coordinator是整个网络的Trust Center Manager，所有设备的入网都需要它搜全的。

    network key是parent传给子设备的，但是能不能传netwok key需要trust center说了算。
