终端掉网后一直无法注册协调器

大神请帮忙，终端掉网后一直注册不上协调器，抓LOG看 LQI=0,导致不能注册到协调器中，实际网络信号应该很好。有什么原因会导致LQI=0呢？

pBeacon->LQI   > pNwkDesc->chosenRouterLinkQuality 无法满足，所以注册失败。
