CC2530射频发射一会就坏了

我用的是CC2530芯片，焊接完成后，仿真器可以识别电路板，可以下载程序，然后射频部分可以发送无线，但是1min后，射频不发送了，断电上电重启也不行，插上仿真器，然后就不识别电路板了，也不能下载程序了，大神们，这可能是什么问题呢？
