关于HA的文档中的Metering cluster的问题

各位好，在看文档时（《ZIGBEE HOME AUTOMATION PUBLIC APPLICATION PROFILE》，第7.4.16节），发现一段话，是说设备必须支持的Metering cluster，但是在zcl.h中，始终未找到所说的Metering cluster是哪个，是不是已经被去掉了？希望得到解答，谢谢！
