协调器一个end灯入网成功，通过协调器的串口也能控制灯的状态，可是过了一段时间通过串口控制时，发现协调器跳入ZDP_MgmtNwkUpdateNotify这个函数，请问这是啥作用？
调用这个函数以后，会发送network status的message出去，能不能把这个包抓下来。 看看具体是什么status
