我们自己设计的网关，在做数据发送时也做个类似的z-stask里面的队列，为了更好的发挥CC2530的性能，想优化一下网关侧的发送队列，所以才想知道z-stack侧的实现原理是什么？
类似于timeout的机制，一个缓冲队列
