板子型号为28377D，第一次能将程序烧录，但之后就再也无法烧录程序。该程序在其他板子上可以正常烧录。
这块板子烧录程序时，报错为：

看过其他帖子，说升级到最新版本CCS可解决该问题，我已升至CCS9.1.0，但仍出现该问题。
