放大器的等效输入噪声

为什么这个Vrti要除以放大器增益？运放电路的输入噪声和放大倍数有关吗？

如图所示，416nV/√Hz已经是传感器噪声的十分之一了，也就是说已经是运放输入端的噪声限制了，为什么还要除以10？这个10是增益还是啥？
