使用OPA615做峰值保持，原理图采用手册中图48删掉负脉冲保持部分，仿真输入为60ns脉冲时，输出电压会在脉冲下降沿跌落几百mv，请各位大神帮忙看看哪块有问题，谢谢！

您好，不知道您的问题解决了没有，我也在仿真终于到此问题，找到的所有文献进行仿真，都无法重复论文中的结果。
我在考虑是不是由于存在二极管关断时间，导致在关断时间内，电压值的下降。
