这个电路的电压转电流如果使用LM358A可以正常工作，如果使用OP2277与TL082的时候不能输出低于7ma电流。请教一个跟那个参数有关，如何调整？

确实是这个问题
输出电流不能低于多少，说明还是指的输出电压不能低于多少，因此也就是衡量的运放输出的最小电压值的问题。
LM358A单电源供电时，Vol可以看到最大20mV,典型值为5mV，近乎零电压轨了。 对比一下，其他两款最低电压就要大很多了，因此也就是输出电流不能低于某个值了。
