看网站TI功率放大器工作频率都比较小，功率驱动负载也比较小。
我们需要一款工作频率在500KHz，驱动负载在200Ω以上，功率在20W以上，不知道有没有这样的功率放大器

这两个好像频率在500K时，电压增益系数很小了。
可以先放大信号，然后送至OPA
你意思是先用三极管放大搭一个放大电路，放大500KHz交流信号后，在1:1给功率放大器放大输出
可以做两级放大，THS3001 +OPA541
