OPA567输出电压稳定度主要与供电电压、负载、输入信号有关,OPA567输出级是class AB输出,它有上下2个输出晶体管,输出晶体管有输出阻抗,它与频率有关,如下截图,直流情况下是0.1Ω,那么输出电压VO就是供电电压VS与输出阻抗RO和外接负载RL的欧姆定律,即VO=VS*RL/(RL+RO)
请注意OPA567有一个安全工作区(SOA),即我上一条回复中的截图,从根本上说它与运放的发热功耗有关;
