Dear Sir or Madam,
I find a problem with the Pspice model of the device (https://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/zip/sbam486): when I inserted a gate-resistor, 10 Ohm for example, between pin 5 of the IC and the load capacitors, the simulation cannot converge. As external gate-resistor is common in application designs, how can I solve this problem? I was using the latest version of Pspice for TI in the simulation.
Thanks a lot.
Jerome
To be honest speaking, I usually use TINA to simulation amplifier or comparator because it is convenience to use.
In addition, I found that it has provided the TINA reference design of AMC23C14 on its product folder. Could you please use TINA for simulation instead of Pspice for TI?
Hi Kailyn,
OK. Thank you very much for the reply.
Best regards,
Jerome Shan
