Hi,

What USB2ANY hardware are you using? Are you connecting to an EVM or customer board with external USB2ANY controller?

If I recall, normal status should be green blinking.

Normally for issues like you are describing, there is no I2C communication which can result in ALP showing garbage/incorrect device information, etc.

Can you confirm there is successful I2C transactions between the USB2ANY and target device via logic analyzer or scope?
