关于IWR6843 ISK 开发板运行labs出错问题

在IWR6843 ISK开发板运行mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_0_1例程时终端一直显示设备不支持此命令,然后gui界面自动关闭

硬件平台为:IWR6843+MMWAVEICBOOST

根据官方用户手册操作如下:

1:通过unflash成功下载people_counting例程pplcount_lab_xwr68xx.bin文件至IWR6843开发板

2:断电后,移除SOP2跳线冒

3:运行labs下的pplcount_gui.exe程序,大概30秒后出现GUI配置界面,成功连接port、选择mmw_pplcount_demo_default.cfg配置文件,并点击start

现象:

在pplcount_gui.exe终端一直显示 设备不支持此命令

  • 请确认demo所支持的版本与芯片版本匹配,4.0.1的toolbox支持的是2.0的芯片版本的。如果是1.0的芯片,可以使用老版本的toolbox

    This lab is only compatible with ES2.0 version of IWR6843. Check the device version on your IWR6843ISK using the on-chip device markings as shown below>

    1. If line 4 reads 678A, you have an ES2 device. In this case, this lab is compatible with your EVM.
    2. If line 4 reads 60 GHZi, you have an older ES1 device. In this case, the lab is NOT compatible with your EVM. ES2 IWR6843ISK boards are orderable from the EVM link above.

    确认开发板是ES2 device

    我确认了一下,ES2.0的IWR6843及TOOLBOX4.0.1的people counting demo是匹配的。是可以成功运行的。请检查一下你的matlab runtime是否安装成功,请检查是否能够成功运行SDK的工程。
